Caverion Corporation’s Board of Directors decided on the composition of its committees
In its meeting held today, Caverion Corporation’s Board of Directors decided on the composition of its Human Resources Committee and the Audit Committee.
From among its members, Caverion’s Board of Directors re-elected Henrik Ehrnrooth as Chairman and Michael Rosenlew and Ari Lehtoranta as members of the Human Resources Committee (previously called Personnel Committee).
Michael Rosenlew was re-elected as Chairman and Anna Hyvönen and Eva Lindqvist as members of the Audit Committee.
